When returning your parcel, please ensure you make a note of your tracking number so we can validate when it is received at the warehouse. Once our warehouse receives it, the team will process the return and a refund will be completed.
We will endeavor to complete this process as quickly as possible however, we do ask that you allow 5-7 business days before contacting us to follow up.
In-Store
When completing a return in-store and a refund is made back onto your card, we ask that you allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear. Oftentimes, they will appear within 24 hours but this is not always the case. If your refund has not appeared after 5 business days, please reach out so we can investigate.
