When returning your parcel, please note your tracking number so we can validate when it is received at the warehouse. Once our warehouse receives it, the team will process the return and a refund will be completed.
We will endeavour to process as quickly as possible. However, please allow 5-7 business days before contacting us to follow up.
In-Store
When completing a return in-store and a refund is made back onto your card, we ask that you allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear.. If your refund has not appeared after 5 business days, please reach out to our Customer CAre team
