Login/Sign in issues
- If you are unable to access your account details, or if you are being logged out multiple times per session and having to sign in again please check the following:
- Check if you have a lock security screen on your phone enabled. If you do not then please ensure you have this switched on at all times.
- If you are receiving an error advising that you are in a different region to your Perks card, this is likely because you have two memberships set up under the same email
