Login/Sign in issues

  1. If you are unable to access your account details, or if you are being logged out multiple times per session and having to sign in again please check the following:

- Check if you have a lock security screen on your phone enabled. If you do not then please ensure you have this switched on at all times.

  1. If you are receiving an error advising that you are in a different region to your Perks card, this is likely because you have two memberships set up under the same email

  1. If you are enquiring about a digital card, please note that we do not currently offer this in all regions.
