Login/Sign-in issues 

  1. If you are unable to access your account details, or if you are being logged out multiple times per session and having to sign in again please check the following:

- Check if you have a lock security screen on your phone enabled. If you do not, please ensure you have this switched on at all times. 

  1. If you are receiving an error advising that you are in a different region to your Perks card, this is likely because you have two memberships set up under the same email

Digital card requests

  1. You will receive a link to download your digital card in your Welcome email when you sign up to the Cotton On & Co. Perks program. Simply, click the link in the email to save your card and open it in your Android or Apple Wallet. You can then scan in-store to earn points! 

    Can't find your welcome email? Contact our customer service team via the "Send us an email" link below. Please include the email address linked to your Perks account.
