Login/Sign in issues

1. If you are unable to access your account details, or if you are being logged out multiple times per session and having to sign in again please check the following:

- Check if you have a lock screen on your phone enabled. if you do not then please ensure you have this switched on

2. If you are receiving an error advising that you are in a different region to your Perks card, this is likely because you have 2 memberships set up under the same email

- Please contact customer service who can assist in resolving this for you.

Digital card requests

1. If you are enquiring about a digital card, please note that we do not offer this in all regions. If you'd like a digital card, please download the Cotton On app where a version of your card will be stored.
