1. If you are unable to access your account details, or if you are being logged out multiple times per session and having to sign in again please check the following:
- Check if you have a lock screen on your phone enabled. if you do not then please ensure you have this switched on.
2. If you are receiving an error advising that you are in a different region to your Perks card, this is likely because you have 2 memberships set up under the same email.

1. If you are enquiring about a digital card, please note that we do not offer this in all regions. If you'd like a digital card, please download the Cotton On app where a version of your card will be stored.
