• A personal email address (if you have a Cotton On shopping account, please ensure it is the same email address you use for that)

We also ask for your date of birth, the brands you like, and your mobile number, so we can send you a birthday treat and SMS reminders so you don’t miss out on rewards. But it's up to you if you want to provide them.
