Returns Process

Online & in-store purchases can be returned in-store, provided they meet our change of mind or faulty returns policy. 

RETURNS PROCESS FOR IN-STORE RETURNS

  1. Take your item(s) to a Cotton On Group store in Australia. To find your nearest store, visit our Store Finder.
  2. Provide the team member in store your unwanted item, proof of purchase and if you paid on a card, please bring the same card with you. 
  3. Once the returns policy has been met, we'll offer an exchange or refund on the spot 
  4. If you wish to send your return back via online, please click here 

Exchanges 

Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges. If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund. 

Refunds 

If you request a refund for a change of mind return, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method so if you paid cash we can offer a cash refund. If you paid using a card, please bring the same card with you as we will refund back to your card. 

RETURNS PROCESS FOR ONLINE RETURNS

  1. Online orders delivered within Australia, including Click & Collect can be returned via Post
  2. Lodge a return through the Online Portal.
  3. You will be required to enter your order number (available in your order confirmation email)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  1. For change of mind or faulty international returns, please contact Customer Care .
  2. For change of mind international returns, you are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any shipping costs, currency conversion and/or local or international taxes. International shipping costs will only be refunded for change of mind or faulty returns if the entire order is being returned. We offer free returns for purchases made within Australia.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

  1. Shipping costs cannot be refunded in-store or if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning, subject to our Faulty Returns Policy.
  2. Your personal information will be used according to our Privacy Policy to process your refund or return.
