How can I track the delivery of my order?

Our estimated delivery times are listed on our Delivery information page. 

Click & Collect
Once your parcel arrives in-store you will receive an SMS or email to let you know your order is ready to collect. This will take 1-7 days depending on the store selected. 

Standard or International Delivery
You will receive an email with your tracking number within 1-2 business days once your order leaves our warehouse. Once you receive your tracking number you can track online at auspost.com.au/mypost/track

Please note: Tracking information can take up to five business days to become available for customers in WA, or in rural or regional areas in other states.

Express Delivery
You will receive an email with your tracking number on the day you place your order if ordering before 2pm on a business day or the next business day if placed after 2pm or on a weekend. Once you receive your tracking number you can track online at auspost.com.au/mypost/track

Melbourne Metro Same Day Delivery
You will receive an email with your job number on the day you place your order if ordering before 1pm on a business day or the next business day if placed after 1pm or on a weekend. Once you receive your job number you can track online at my.startrackcourier.com.au/

Please note: Delivery is available to selected Melbourne Metro Postcodes only and is not available to Parcel Lockers, PO Box, or Business addresses. If you are outside of these zones and choose Melbourne Metro Same Day Delivery your order will be sent via Express Post.
