How can I track the delivery of my order?

Click & Collect
Once your parcel arrives in-store you will receive an SMS or email to let you know your order is ready to collect. This can take from 3-7 business days depending on the store selected. 

Express Delivery
You will receive an email with your tracking number on the day you place your order if ordering before 1pm on a business day or the next business day if placed after 1pm or on a weekend.

Once you receive your tracking number you can track online via the link below:

*We use Auspost and Couriers Please as our delivery partners.

Please note: Tracking information can take up to five business days to become available for customers in WA, or in rural or regional areas in other states.

Standard or International Delivery
You will receive an email with your tracking number within 1-2 business days once your order leaves our warehouse. Once you receive your tracking number you can track online via the link below:

For Standard and Express, your tracking email confirmation will look like the below. To view the updates on your parcel, click the "Track Delivery" button. Alternatively, you can also use the tracking ID which appears at the very top of the confirmation starting with the P.
