How can I track the delivery of my order?

Click & Collect

Once your parcel arrives in-store you will receive an SMS or email to let you know your order is ready to collect. This will take 1-7 days depending on the store selected. 

Standard, Express or International Delivery

Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress with Australia Post.

Once you receive your tracking number you can track online at auspost.com.au/mypost/track

Your order will leave our warehouse within 1-4 business days for standard and international delivery. 
Express orders will leave the same day if placed before 2pm on a business day or the next business day if placed after 2pm or on a weekend. 

Please note: Tracking information can take up to five business days to become available for customers in WA, or in rural or regional areas in other states.

Melbourne Metro Same Day Delivery

Same Day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm. 

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a job number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress with Star Track. 

Once you receive your job number you can track online at my.startrackcourier.com.au/ 

Please note that delivery is available to selected Melbourne Metro Postcodes only and is not available to Parcel Lockers, PO Box or Business addresses. If you are outside of these zones and choose Melbourne Metro Same Day Delivery your order will be sent via Express Post.
