My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order hasn't yet arrived the first step would be to check the tracking details for your order. If this doesn't seem to be moving and its past your expected delivery date please let us know as we will then get in touch with Australia Post to investigate further. 

Before investigating Australia Post require a delivery to be delayed for 3 business days past their stated delivery times. These are available on the Australia Post delivery estimate website

Click & Collect orders

We’ll be in touch by email and/or SMS as soon as your order is ready to be collected from your nominated store.

If it has been over the advertised delivery time frame and you have not yet been contacted for collection please contact us via the link below or give your chosen store a call so that they can check if your order has arrived.
