Faulty Returns Policy

If the products you purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased.

The fastest way to receive a refund or exchange is to head to your closest store where the team can assist. We appreciate faulty items being returned as it gives us the opportunity to monitor any issues with a particular style/range. Once our friendly team in-store confirms that the product is faulty, they can assist you with an exchange or refund.

Faulty items do not need to be returned in their original packaging. However, Cotton On may require proof of purchase (eg. a bank statement showing the transaction) Please note, if you are unable to provide proof of purchase for a faulty return, a refund may be processed at the current scan price on the day of your return.
