I can't find my Perks voucher, how can I redeem it?

If you have not received your vouchers please check your junk mail & promotions folders.

Our perks emails are sent from news@e.cottonon.com so adding this email address to your safe sender's list may avoid the emails from being blocked in the future.

You can also find your vouchers in the My Account section of the website here: https://cottonon.com/AU/account/ or by downloading the Cotton On app.
