Order delays due to Covid-19

We are currently experiencing delays with order dispatch due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.

Please read through our FAQ's which will help answer any questions regarding order delays.

Auspost are also experiencing delays which will impact when you receive your tracking number and also your delivery timeframe. and You can find the information directly on the Auspost website:

If your order was placed less than 5 days ago please allow a bit more time to receive your tracking ID as Auspost is a little behind in processing and delivering orders which will delay the scanning that triggers the tracking notification.

If you have received a tracking ID and there is slow movement between scans, please do not be concerned as this is likely due to the delay within the carrier network.
