If you haven't yet received a tracking number, that means we're working on processing your order. Your tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Processing time refers to the time it takes for your order to leave our warehouse.
Standard Shipping: 1-4 business days
Express orders placed before 2pm will leave our warehouse the same business day, orders placed after 2pm, on a weekend or public holiday will leave our warehouse the next business day.
Once your order leaves our warehouse you will then receive an email with your tracking information.
Delivery to rural or regional areas or to Western Australia
Tracking information can take up to five business days to update for customers in WA, or in rural or regional areas. This is because tracking details won't appear until your order has been scanned through an AusPost checkpoint. In some cases these orders will be sent to the delivery state before receiving their first scan which can take up to 5 business days.
Please note: the customer service team is unable to provide tracking information until your order has left our warehouse. If it has been longer than the above processing times and you haven't received your tracking details please let us know.
