Where is my tracking number?

If you haven't yet received a tracking number, that means we're working on processing your order. Your tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This can take 1-3 business days depending on how your order will be delivered. (orders with personalised product will take an additional 3 days on top of this).

If after this time, you do not have a tracking number, you can contact our customer service team for assistance via chat by clicking the red chat/help icon on the bottom right side of your screen. 

 

Standard, Express, or International Delivery

Your tracking number will be sent with the subject "Your order is on its way"

Click on the Track Delivery button or copy the Tracking Number at the top of the email and enter it online via the below link:

https://app.shippit.com/track

Your tracking email will look like this:

Alternatively, we now have your order status and tracking/number information within MyAccount. If you are already set up with an account the information should be visible to you.

If you are checking out as a guest, then follow the previous steps. For future purchases, you can sign up for an account and have a central view of all your orders and tracking.
